About the job:
As our new Internal IT supporter in Copenhagen, you will work independently to provide technical assistance to your colleagues, to maintain hardware and software installations and to help monitor the performance and security of our IT environment.
You will have a high degree of freedom to influence your daily work and projects, and to influence the development of the company. If you have an interest in system administration, especially cloud-based, you will be able to extend your areas of responsibility into this area over time.
You will be part of a small talented IT team and will be working together with other teams consisting of some of the most talented people in Denmark within multiple areas of Cyber Security.

Responsibilities:
As an Internal IT supporter you will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance to your colleagues.
- Monitoring the performance and security of our IT environment.
- Maintaining hardware and software installations.
- Training end-users on software usage.
Day-to-day duties typically include:
- Helping colleagues with their technical IT issues.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and printers.
- Advising end-users on IT purchases.
- Respond upon security alerts from end-user equipment.
- Preparing equipment, software, and user accounts for new colleagues.
- Handling of reparation and replacement of IT equipment as necessary.
- Assisting in IT onboarding of new employees.
- Assisting in administration of cloud infrastructure.
Skills we can’t do without:
- Full working proficiency in Danish and English.
- You have good problem-solving skills.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks.
Skills we’d like:
- You have a relevant IT education and practical experience with IT support.
- You have a valid driver's license.
- You have experience with endpoint device management.
- You have experience with cloud infrastructure.
