The position
As our new Senior Finance Business Partner, you will lead the budget allocation process across 7 global production sites and provide SVP-level financial management. You will be part of shaping the global finance community through strategy execution. Your core responsibilities include: E ngage in selected financial process to ensure efficient resource allocation Create insights and analyses to assist management decision making Provide financial management of our global network Lead the standardisation agenda across the network Drive productivity discussions across our expanding network You'll bring a holistic and analytical approach to the role, utilizing your multi-tasking skills and a comprehensive overview of the ecosystem. Your abilities in stakeholder management and engagement will help you drive a business agenda independently. You can anticipate travelling up to 1-3 weeks yearly to other production sites in the future.
Qualifications We're searching for someone with: A Master's degree in fields such as Finance, Business, or Engineering is preferred A minimum of 4 years' experience in finance control and/or partnering Strong analytical and strategic skills Excellent abilities in stakeholder management and engagement, while driving a business agenda independently Additional experience in production accounting or project management is a plus Fluency in written and spoken English is required. IFP Finance and Procurement (F&P) team is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 50 people in Business Support from ~10 countries. IFP F&P team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and actions based on data. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity as well as expanding network in the future.
You will join a diverse team of 13 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our different perspectives to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
