The position As part of a larger programme to modernise our physical access control systems, your responsibility is to drive the implementation of a new scalable guest handling system and related processes including a new cargo management system in Novo Nordisk. As product owner of the current and new guest systems, you will be the key connection between our service/business owners and our IT specialists, driving, and supporting initiatives and projects to further digitalise processes across Corporate Facilities. This includes:
  • Drive implementation project and support successful execution of digitalisation projects across Corporate Facilities. Ensure standardised setup scalable for global roll-out. Identify new initiatives, ensure alignment with business processes, update management on progress, and deliver high quality projects with documented business impact.
  • Support the operational management of guest handling systems, virtual reception setup, switchboard and call management systems. Support the development and implementation of new solutions in coordination with internal and external specialists.
  • Establish and manage relevant business intelligence solutions: Ensure high quality operation of dashboard and data solutions. Maintain overview and simple governance and support the development and implementation of new solutions in coordination with external specialists.
  • We expect you to take ownership of your areas and independently drive coordination and development to ensure strong collaboration and business impact. Qualifications You have completed a master’s degree with good results. Other success criteria are:
  • Strong experience with driving digitalisation projects focusing on business opportunities and realisation of results.
  • Experience from security operations, facility management, operational system management or business support is an advantage – but not a requirement.
  • Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility in fully owning your work tasks while driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and ability to understand and communicate in Danish, both speaking and writing, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • As a person, with a can-do attitude, you are able to build trustful and respectful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a natural way, support and value team effort to achieve greater results and thrive in a dynamic environment, with ability to respond to changes. We expect you to be pro-active and able to ensure timely delivery and high quality, and handle complexity, making things simple and understandable to people at all levels in the organisation. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 250 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will work closely with both technicians, specialists, managers etc. and draw on resources from all over our organisation and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments. In the Business Digitalisation team, we are 10 colleagues. Focus is on supporting the business across Corporate Facilities, ensuring sound management of our IT solutions, and driving further digitalisation of our processes.
