We are seeking a proactive and energized professional with project management experience and excellent communication skills to join our Study Programmes team in Global Medical Affairs (GMA). In this role, you'll have the opportunity to translate data into knowledge and clear communication, facilitating decision-making and project progress. Apply now for this exciting opportunity! The Position As a member of GMA, you will be responsible for driving scientific dialogue with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). You'll work closely with a panel of research nurses to ensure successful patient recruitment and retention in strategically important clinical trials. In addition, you'll be the bridge between headquarters and affiliate teams, implementing strategic and scientific communication tools for world-class patient recruitment and retention. Your responsibilities will include engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, challenging the status quo to enhance processes, and identifying innovative ways to achieve goals. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from Global Medical Affairs, Medical & Science, and Clinical Operations, both at headquarters and in affiliates and regional centers. The position is based at our headquarters in Søborg, Denmark, with approximately 10-20 travel days per year. Qualifications The following are expected from an ideal candidate:
  • Business, science, or medical degree (Master's or Ph.D.)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize deliverables for maximum impact
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across cultures and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in clinical or medical projects, including KOL and patient engagement
  • From a personal standpoint, it is important to possess self-motivation towards ambitious targets, display proactivity, and excel in both collaborative team environments and individual work settings.
