German speaking Student Assistant - Company Administration

Your new team


You will join a small team with six colleagues, three Company Administration Specialists and two student assistants. The Company Administration team is part of the Business Support Department with a mission to help structure [xxxxx]'s processes around the management of documents, administration of legal entities, and contractual obligations. Our overall goal is to ensure adequate control of data and information to inform business decisions. Besides Company Administration, the department covers two other teams, namely Contract Management and Document Controlling.

Your new role


As our new German speaking Student Assistant, your responsibility will be to assist the Company Administration team in performing various tasks related to [xxxxx]’s German Legal Entities / companies. We are involved in all foundations, liquidations, purchases, sales, capital increases and other company changes. You will also assist in administrative processes related to the German market. You will receive a thorough introduction to our systems and processes and work in close collaboration with the Company Administration Specialists.

Areas of responsibility


  • You assist with the foundation of German companies and legal changes in existing German companies
  • You assist with the coordination of the registrations of newly established companies and changes in existing companies in the German Commercial registry (Handelsregister), the German Trade registry (Gewerbeamt) and the German Transparency Register (Transparenzregister)
  • You prepare documents for foundation and corporate changes for our German companies
  • You communicate with other departments, German authorities and external parties (fx notary, bank) regarding our German companies
  • You handle requests regarding opening of bank accounts and KYC regarding our German companies
  • You update internal company lists and overviews
  • You assist Company Administration with creating and updating guides, templates and process descriptions
  • You archive corporate documents and update organization diagrams

Your profile


  • Ideally, you are a student within administration, law, or similar with minimum 1-2 years of study carried out.
  • You have a basic understanding of administrative processes and documents
  • You have experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • You are pro-active and able to work independently
  • You are fluent in German and English at a high level. If you in addition have Danish language skills it would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement
  • You are interested in working with SharePoint

You will be working with many different colleagues from various backgrounds and nationalities, and you are good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for details, are interested in administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview, while juggling between various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and motivated environment.
