Centrum Personale is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong experience in SOME, Linkedin and AI, for our customer. You will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and your main priority, will be to work in close collaboration with the CEO, CFO and the Board of Directors. This role is central to ensuring efficient organization, effective communication, and smooth execution of executive and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Hybrid Greentech deliver Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) collects, stores, and supplies electrical energy from sources like solar and wind, or the main grid, to power devices and stabilize the grid. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated and professional Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to the success of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Several years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in employee onboarding/off-boarding or cooperation with HR is a plus.
