We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Global Marketing and Market Access team!

The position
As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support to the Global Marketing and Market Access team and for ensuring a professional and seamless execution of both internal and external events.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from the organisation.
  • Organising and scheduling appointments, prepare materials and secure documentation.
  • Develop and execute high-quality events from idea to evaluation.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Be present during events to ensure effective communication and carry out tasks of both administrative and practical nature, such as lifting and setting up physical elements.

Your profile
We expect that you:

  • Have a relevant (and preferably recent) degree in event coordination, service and experience economy, or similar.
  • Have a project management mindset and experience with driving events from idea to evaluation.
  • Have experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Work systematically and thoroughly with attention to detail.
  • Are creative and resourceful with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, trustworthiness, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Possess developed communication skills and are fluent in both Danish and English, spoken and written.
