Driving daily operations and continuous improvement of facility and security services in collaboration with PSO teams and external partners

Ensuring high-quality, cost-effective service delivery with a focus on optimisation and performance

Managing external security suppliers and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards

Leading governance and coordination of project-to-operation transitions, ensuring clear ownership and readiness

Acting as a central coordination point between PSO, Corporate Facilities, and Line of Business stakeholders

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience within facility operations, project management, or security services

Strong experience working with external suppliers and contract management

Solid stakeholder management skills across functions and organisational levels

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
