Join Physical Security Operations (PSO) and play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and structured project transitions across [xxxxx] Denmark.Your new roleAs Facility & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across facility and physical security services, ensuring high-quality delivery and efficient transition from projects into operations.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Driving daily operations and continuous improvement of facility and security services in collaboration with PSO teams and external partners
  • Ensuring high-quality, cost-effective service delivery with a focus on optimisation and performance
  • Managing external security suppliers and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards
  • Leading governance and coordination of project-to-operation transitions, ensuring clear ownership and readiness
  • Acting as a central coordination point between PSO, Corporate Facilities, and Line of Business stakeholders

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience within facility operations, project management, or security services
  • Strong experience working with external suppliers and contract management
  • Solid stakeholder management skills across functions and organisational levels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
