CTO

Strong vertical solution – International customers – Growing industry

You will play a pivotal role in a tech-company, where we have shown good traction, profitable growth and expect to continue our international expansion. As the CTO, your primary focus will be hands-on software development and integrations as well as the technical product road map. The role will focus on development of the standard suite but will also include more project-specific tasks.

While you will also be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks and managing some administrative and product management duties, you are primarily motivated by hands-on development. You will be part of a team of 3 dedicated developers. Responsibilities will include:

• Breaking down strategic goals into concrete tasks and deadlines
• Identifying and incorporating relevant market trends into the development process
• Participating in leadership meetings and contributing to high-level decision-making
• Software development
• Code review
• Creating clear and actionable roadmaps for the development team
• Handling administrative tasks related to product management

What we are looking for – professional, hands-on developer, team and tech lead

Most likely you have a degree in computer science or similar educational background. You have 5 + years of experience in software development, focusing on Microsoft technologies, and ideally, you have participated in building vertical solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics, with experience in production/manufacturing from a systems perspective. You may have had some team responsibilities and have a strong interest in product management. You should excel in hands-on development, possess strong logical thinking, and be well-organized and disciplined. Effective communication skills and the ability to contribute to leadership decisions are also important.
