Service Global Service Commercial & Products Turbine & Contractual Service Product Management

This position sites withing Global Service Commercial & Products, under Turbine & Contractual Service Product Management. The responsibility of the department is to ensure our regional service and sales teams have easy to use access to the most innovative, value-adding, scalable Turbine & Contractual Product Solutions across our installed fleet. Your future role would sit you within a team of 5 knowledgeable and experienced colleagues across Denmark and India.

Responsibilities

You will product manage turbine and contractual solutions & concepts in Service - i.e. full life commercial ownership of most valuable product solutions from cradle to grave.

• Product Management - take high priority service product & solutions to market that are scalable, standardized and matured to ensure high regional efficiency, risk management optimization and highest possible value capture
• Product Ownership – secure performance tracking of Service products, monitor value realization and ensure regional support
• Service product roadmap – contribute to build of long-term roadmap with reference in market Segmentation, customer segmentation, commercial product positioning, business case certainty & value engineering
• Service Requirements – Drive Service commercial requirements towards new product design.
• On Top / stretched assignments requiring analytical skills in combination with Senior leadership communication and insight to [xxxxx] Service business and value chain

Qualifications

You have a solid engineering background with a minimum of 5 years' wind industry experience delivering high value solution and managing complex projects in either Service or Construction, combined with commercial experience in the Service business.

• An engineering background in a relevant field e.g., Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or Production Engineering, alternatively equivalent commercial background with technical fluency in turbine and service product development.
• Educational background at master's degree level or alternatively a bachelor's degree supplemented by extensive field experience and wind industry business knowledge
• Strong experience in project managing complex, cross-functional strategic and product projects
• Relevant experience with Turbines OEMs or Independent service providers. (Service business acumen)
• Snr. Leadership communication experience
• Very high proficiency in written and verbal English
• Advanced skills with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Have sufficient technical acumen to allow for Product and Sales friendly content & support for Regions.

• Proficient analytical/conceptual thinker and a problem-solver
• Experience in developing and driving data tools, insights, and commercial value realization
• Structured and consistent but comfortable operating in a changing environment and sometimes stressful situations
• Business acumen with a commitment to constantly improve your commercial skillset
• Convincing communicator and good inter-personal skills, enabling engagement across functions
• Deep interest, understanding and know-how within the wind service business.
• Strengths within stakeholder management to navigate with excellence across a complex organization
