What is the job about? 
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be part of [xxxxx]’ in-house corporate consulting team, one of three teams in the Group Strategy function. You will report to the Director, Head of Strategic Consulting, and collaborate closely across the three teams, working alongside 24 highly skilled colleagues from more than 10 nationalities and diverse professional backgrounds - including long-term [xxxxx] specialists, former top-tier consultants, and alumni of the [xxxxx] Global Graduate Programme. 

Together, we solve key challenges at the top of the C-suite agenda, ensuring [xxxxx] remains at the forefront of innovation, sustainability, and social impact. 

Furthermore, you will: 

Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the entire [xxxxx] organisation in areas such as corporate strategy, growth initiatives, sustainability, digitalisation, and M&A. 

Take full ownership of project delivery from scoping and planning through execution - ensuring timely results that align with organisational priorities. 

Engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders, including senior executives, functional leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams across sales, business development, operations, and engineering. 

Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes, ensuring buy-in and accountability across the business. 

Build strong internal relations and networks while continuously developing your project leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities in a global setting. 

Gain broad exposure to [xxxxx]’ global operations while sharpening your consulting, project management, and leadership skills. 

Your background:
We are searching for an experienced professional who bring both strategic insight and operational execution capability yet still have a strong ambition to grow. We envision you have:

A strong academic record (Master’s level preferred).

3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background from management consulting or corporate strategy roles. M&A experience is a plus.

A proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders across business functions.

A growth-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and lead change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate effectively across cultural and organisational boundaries.
