As Head of Mechanical Engineering in Product Design & Engineering, you will be leading one of two Mechanical Engineering teams. You will be setting the direction and strengthening the Mechanical Engineering function together with your peers. Reporting to the Director of Mechanical Engineering, your position spans widely from developing the overall mechanical engineering function to securing the growth and development of both individual team members as well as the capabilities of the entire team. By doing so, we will collectively deliver on our current projects and our future pipeline - and you will be at the forefront of enabling this.You will be leading a team of 8-10 Mechanical Engineers, who as a team are primarily responsible for delivering robust mechanical solutions on our innovation-projects. The team members are professional and passionate, representing a wide diversity in terms of level of experience, nationality and age.As Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will also be an integral part of the extended leadership team within Product Design and Engineering.
