Are you ready to shape the future of AV & Collaboration Services in the Nordics? We’re looking for a visionary Business Area Manager (BAM) to lead the way for one of our key Managed Services families. As BAM for AV & Collaboration services, you won’t manage direct reports — but you’ll influence across borders and service families. You’ll be the driver of innovation, the link between customer needs, market trends, and our go-to-market execution.

What you’ll do

• Lead the AV & Collaboration Services family across [xxxxx] Group.

• Define and implement the service strategy and roadmap in line with evolving customer needs.

• Consolidate and optimize AV & Collaboration offerings across the Nordics for efficiency, cost control, and standardization.

• Partner with sales, service owners, architects, and vendors to bring the best solutions to market.

• Engage in strategic customer dialogues, turning insights into offerings that matter.

• Ensure compliance and governance across services while driving innovation.

• Support our go-to-market execution, including education and training initiatives.

What you bring

• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of AV & Collaboration services and the business outcomes they enable.

• Proactive mindset, unafraid to challenge the current way of working in the AV & Collaboration industry and drive new service models.

• Proven experience shaping managed service offerings to meet customer outcomes, market trends, and multi-vendor ecosystems

• Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business language, and inspire confidence both internally and with enterprise customers.

• Skilled in market analysis, partner ecosystems, and cost optimization through automation and smarter operations.

• Fluent in English and one or more Nordic languages.
