Join [xxxxx] as a Senior Manager, Risk Management, where you'll lead the development and oversight of the consolidated risk profile across Global Commercial Operations. You'll drive business continuity planning, facilitate risk workshops, and engage senior leaders to ensure timely mitigation of critical risks. This role requires a proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to embed risk awareness into daily operations and enhance organizational resilience. Be the key link to Global Risk Management and a trusted advisor across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the risk management roadmap for Global Commercial Operations.
  • Drive quarterly risk reporting processes and prepare functional risk reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Establish clear accountability for risk management across the organization and implement supporting policies and procedures.
  • Guide business functions in applying [xxxxx]’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework through tools, training, and engagement.
  • Develop and challenge scenario planning and stress testing to assess potential financial impacts of risk events.
  • Support the identification of Key Risk Indicators and help define [xxxxx]’s risk appetite in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across the Global Commercial Operations value chain to enable successful execution of long-term risk initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, Risk Management or similar equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of solid experience working within Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Risk Management - Knowing how best practice look like for risk management
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry (preferable)
  • Experience from global organization with multi-sites structure
  • Strong stakeholder management being able to navigate in complex and global changes and tight deadlines
  • Proficency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Fluency in English (witten and spoken)
