Senior Manager, Supply Planning – Interim

We are seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager to join our Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Supply Chain team on an interim basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a fantastic team of Supply Planners that ensure our products reach the right place, at the right time, at the right cost and deliver a world-class consumer experience. With a mindset of continuous improvement and a passion for developing people, you will be responsible for the planning excellence in our POSM value chain. The key success factors for this position include collaboration, teamwork, process understanding, and supply chain understanding.

Lead the Supply Planning team with a clear objective

As our new Senior Manager in Supply Planning, your main responsibility will be to lead the team with a clear objective and a growth mindset. You will also serve as an interface that creates direction and clarity to a diverse stakeholder landscape.

Furthermore, your accountabilities will include:

  • Be accountable for all our global supply planning for POSM materials, ensuring high product availability across ten regional distribution centers (DCs) at lowest cost and inventory.
  • Optimise inventory performance, balancing demand, cost, and service levels both on strategic and operational horizons.
  • Collaborate with Store Creative & Design, Procurement, Merchandising, and Regional Operations to streamline planning processes to find and deliver cost improvements.
  • Lead projects aimed to further develop our planning excellence, improve resilience and a more cost-efficient value chain.
  • Set the vision and strategy for the Supply Planning team and ensure a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
  • Be part of leading and executing on our large full transformation of planning in [xxxxx] (HERO Programme) where we implement O9 as our new fully integrated planning solution end-2-end.


This is a 12-month maternity cover position.

Strong value chain capabilities and a can-do attitude

In this position, we are looking for a fact-based and result-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will need strong analytical skills as well as the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner. It is important that you are curious and humble, as well as open to challenge. You can collaborate cross-functionally in a global environment.

Furthermore, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • +3 years of experience within Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Development or similar
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Experience from global organisation
  • Experience in management or indirect management (project leadership for example)- Strong individual leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
  • QlikView, PowerBI, O9 and Logility (is a plus)
  • Fluency in English, verbally and written
