Head of Global IEM & Distribution Technical Solution Organization

Lead Global Technical Support Excellence for Industrial Applications

As Head of Global Technical Solutions Center, you will be part of our Industry Division, responsible for managing and developing technical solution capabilities that support our Industrial End-user Market (IEM) and Distribution customers worldwide.
We’re open to candidates based near any of our global offices and offer flexibility for hybrid work.

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage global teams delivering exceptional customer service with strong technical expertise. This role is customer-facing and plays a critical part in ensuring our IEM & Distribution customers receive best-in-class support and solutions tailored to their needs.
The position requires a strong focus on team development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead and structure a global technical expertise center, organizing resources around key technical domains.
Build and develop a high-performing team of technical specialists to meet current and future business needs.
Deliver advanced technical consultation, resolving complex customer inquiries and maintaining a repository of best practices.
Align resources strategically, balancing global demand and ensuring optimal coverage and responsiveness.
Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to embed technical support into product development and operational processes.
Champion quality and innovation, using data insights and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Define capability needs for the future, aligning with strategic direction and solution roadmap.

You understand how to navigate across organizational boundaries and translate strategic goals into operational success.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within industrial solutions, technical support, or commercial operations.
Strong leadership skills, with extensive experience managing international teams.
Deep technical understanding of industrial processes, with insight into broader business operations.
Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, develop operating processes, and influence across organizational levels.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong interfaces.
High adaptability and resilience, with a commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with company values.
