Senior Director, Brand Campaigns & Activations

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

As Senior Director, Brand Campaigns and Activations, you will be the architect of [xxxxx]’s global brand presence, translating strategy into world-class campaigns that resonate across cultures and channels. Reporting to the SVP Brand Experience & Channels, this is a high-impact leadership role that shapes how our brand shows up consistently worldwide—while empowering local teams to adapt and thrive.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development of global brand campaigns that deliver impact across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Create compelling creative briefs for our Brand Creative Studio and external creative agency.
  • Develop consolidated campaign plans, guidelines, and asset toolkits for cluster marketing teams showing how it can be activated across markets.
  • Oversee local campaign adaptation to maintain global consistency and cultural relevance.
  • Work closely with our lead creative agency and internal creative studio and drive innovation in brand storytelling.

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive experience in global brand management and campaign development within retail, fashion, or FMCG.
  • A love for brand building and experience bringing an emotive brand to life.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects in a matrixed organisation.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing channels and full-funnel activation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creative vision, and commercial acumen.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and external agency partnerships.
  • A collaborative and enterprise mindset
