We are looking for a Manager, Change & Release – SAP ERP to join ’s Digital & Technology organization in Copenhagen.
About the Team
is on an ambitious digital transformation journey powered by SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing. Our SAP ecosystem spans S/4HANA, BTP, CAR, and integrated applications—supporting global operations across manufacturing, retail, and supply chain.
Within this setup, the Change & Release function plays a vital role in ensuring production stability while enabling agility and innovation.
The Role
You’ll own the end-to-end governance of SAP change and release processes, ensuring that changes are assessed, approved, and deployed with minimal risk and maximum transparency. This role combines ITIL expertise, SAP transport process knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to elevate process maturity in a fast-paced global environment.

The Role
You’ll own the end-to-end governance of SAP change and release processes, ensuring that changes are assessed, approved, and deployed with minimal risk and maximum transparency. This role combines ITIL expertise, SAP transport process knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to elevate process maturity in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Change Management processes aligned to ITIL best practice.
- Chair CAB and ECAB meetings, driving robust decision-making.
- Maintain and publish the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) for global visibility.
- Plan and coordinate SAP release cycles across environments and integrated systems.
- Oversee transport execution through Dev → QA → Prod with required validations.
- Act as the central communication hub for SAP change and release activity globally.
- Define and track KPIs (change success rate, rollback frequency, lead time, etc.).
- Drive automation in workflows, approvals, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in SAP Change and Release Management within global, complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and transport management tools (e.g., STMS, Release Owl).
- Familiarity with integrated landscapes (WMS, OMS, POS or similar).
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, automation, and orchestration.
- ITIL v3/v4 knowledge with minimum Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow experience for Change & Release Management is an advantage.
