As Manager, RGM Insights, you will own and drive [xxxxx]’s global pricing and promotions insights agenda — translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable confident decision‑making for the organization.

You will be responsible for the full insights lifecycle: collecting and understanding business needs, shaping and prioritizing the insights backlog, steering analytical direction (including dashboard and other visualization tools development together with an analyst), and crafting leadership‑ready narratives that influence pricing and promotions strategy across markets.

  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, impactful “so‑what” insights and decision‑ready recommendations

  • Prepare executive‑ready materials that support senior leadership decision‑making

  • Partner closely with Pricing, Promotions, and market teams to ensure insights are adopted and deliver real commercial value

  • Lead governance and operationalization of insights products, including cadence, usage, and long‑term maintenance

  • Support the development of world‑class RGM capabilities across [xxxxx]

Some of the KPIs you will be measured on:

  • Impact on revenue and margin development through improved pricing and promotions effectiveness

  • Adoption of insights in pricing and promotions decision‑making

  • Clarity, quality, and actionability of recommendations delivered to senior leadership

  • Strength of stakeholder trust and engagement across Global and Market teams

Effective contributor in a global insights & analytics function

We imagine that you bring strong analytical experience, commercial understanding, and a passion for turning data into meaningful business impact. You are structured, proactive, and enjoy connecting analysis with real‑world decision‑making. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and take pride in crafting insights that are clear, compelling, and commercially relevant.

We hope you bring the following experience and competencies:

  • 5–6+ years of relevant experience, ideally from pricing, revenue growth management, analytics, or management consulting

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including scenario building and modelling oversight

  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional analytical processes

  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive work independently

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel + strong PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
