Finance Group Financial Performance Global Service Operations Business Finance

Global Service Operations Business Finance serves as a business partner between [xxxxx]' senior leadership and the Business Performance Management teams from the Business areas. In this role you will work in a closely collaborating team of experienced colleagues and contribute to the outcome of the Group Financial Performance.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting team deliverables and driving continuous improvements in our daily activities.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decision‑making
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook processes
  • Analyze financial performance, explain variances, and identify risks and opportunities
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with financial policies and controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting
  • Act as a trusted finance contact and support knowledge sharing within the finance team

Additional information
