We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage the inventory, tools, and materials supporting maintenance operations and sales activities at . This critical role ensures efficient, compliant, and accurate control of stores functions, including inventory management, shipping, customs clearance, and cross-departmental coordination to maintain operational readiness.
A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage the inventory, tools, and materials supporting maintenance operations and sales activities at . This critical role ensures efficient, compliant, and accurate control of stores functions, including inventory management, shipping, customs clearance, and cross-departmental coordination to maintain operational readiness.
A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring proper storage, tagging, and segregation of components and tools.
- Conduct and supervise incoming inspections of parts and materials, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain calibration and readiness of tools, and ensure tools are available for maintenance operations.
- Report and coordinate with the Group Workshop Manager on any suspected unapproved parts.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records and assist in audits and evaluations.
- Report shortages or losses that could affect maintenance capability.
- Ensure all storage areas comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Technical Services for airworthiness directive compliance.
- Provide logistics support to the Skyways Sales department.
Qualifications:
- Technical education, preferably in logistics or aviation.
- Solid understanding of EASA Part-145 and other applicable regulatory and maintenance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or stores management, ideally in an aviation or technical maintenance environment.
- Prior work in regulated environments with exposure to quality control or compliance oversight.
