What is the job about?
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to deliver high performance in a production environment. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, foster continuous improvement, and develop your team to follow standards and processes. You’ll play a key role in facilitating APTs and ensuring clear communication across the plant.
"The great thing about this role is that you will be responsible for 30 blue-collar employees across three shifts and have a significant influence on how expected outcomes are achieved in close collaboration with dedicated support functions." Says APU Manager, Heine Frandsen.
Your main responsibilities:
Ensure employees understand the plant’s strategy and take initiative to support it
Train and develop employees to follow processes and standards.
Facilitate and support Autonomous Production Teams (APT)
Engage the team in continuous improvement activities.
Communicate key information clearly and efficiently.
Act on feedback and drive improvements.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
4–5 years of relevant experience in production or industrial operations.
Proven leadership in driving team performance through a results-driven mindset.
A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and team development.
Personal qualities such as adaptability, decisiveness, and strong communication skills
Danish Language skills
