Our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division is looking for a new Production Engineer to support production readiness, streamline processes, and to manage master data for products like protective suits and lifejackets. These products are produced in Esbjerg and Thailand and serviced through our global network.

Put your skills in action
In this position, you will ensure product readiness for manufacturing, smooth production processes, and precise master data. You’ll be involved in process optimization, developing production techniques, managing documentation and routing, and supporting both prototypes and initial series production. You’ll also take part in introducing new products, testing and implementing innovative solutions, and providing hands-on daily operational support.

You will get the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance our global production system, such as evaluating and integrating new equipment, technology, and sustainable improvements. Additionally, you’ll support LEAN initiatives and help maintain accurate data in our systems.

As Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and updating production documentation and process routes
  
  

• Assisting with prototype and initial series production samples
  
  

• Optimizing production methods and workflows
  
  

• Analyzing time studies and preparing reports for cost-saving initiatives
  
  

• Leading equipment implementation and process improvement projects
  
  

• Providing technical assessments of machines and equipment to ensure capacity and quality
  
  

• Supporting daily production operations and following up on improvement tasks alongside team leaders and project managers
  
  

Plan for around 10-15 days of global travel per year.

Regular attendance at our Esbjerg headquarters is needed to foster close collaboration with production and support teams.Applicants should already live in Denmark, ideally near Esbjerg.

Your profile
The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced with MS Office at an advanced level
  
  

• Brings relevant experience (preferred)
  
  

• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused

On a personal level, you are service-minded, responsive, a team player, adaptable, and can set priorities effectively. English fluency and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as our corporate language is English.
