Business Leader, Electrical Engineering

Based at our headquarters in Skanderborg, Copenhagen or Barcelona you’ll take the lead in one of our core [xxxxx]ciplines as the Business Leader for Electrical Engineering. This role blends strategic responsibility with hands-on leadership — empowering a skilled team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving commercial performance.

You’ll step into a collaborative leadership environment – a place where people, innovation, and technical excellence come together. You’ll become part of a global Electrical Engineering community of 48 skilled colleagues – across Denmark, Spain and Poland – who work across countries and customer segments to deliver value-adding solutions. Your mission: Lead with purpose and impact

In this role, you’ll set direction and drive results. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Overseeing project delivery and technical quality
• Managing departmental operations and financial performance
• Driving sales activities and building strong client relationships
• Shaping future services and market positioning in collaboration with other leaders
• Acting as a visible, supportive, and inspiring leader

Your profile: Strategic, commercial, and technically grounded

You bring a strong mix of business understanding, technical insight, and people leadership. We imagine you offer:

• A degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Experience with power systems or electrical design for industrial solutions
• Proven leadership in a technical or consulting setting
• A commercial mindset and experience in customer dialogue, sales, or business development
• Confidence in handling budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Excellent English communication skills — Danish is a plus
• A structured, curious, and collaborative approach
