As a part of our Electrical Engineering department, you will be involved in various projects, both in size and responsibility, hence you must be able to work independently. As a consultant, you will work on projects from either a location, or from the customer’s location.

Qualifications:
- Relevant education such as Electrical Engineer, Academy Profession Degree in Service Engineering, or Bachelor’s in Technology Management and Marine Engineering with a background as an electrician.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Tech Lead.
- Proficiency in English and able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Open-minded, ambitious, and quality conscious.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable with teamwork; self-assured and determined, able to vouch for your own decisions.
Competences:
- Experience in project execution including customer dialogue, requirement specification, design, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Expertise in electrical panels and installations, instrument specification or leading engineering teams of 2-5 members.
- Design of electrical power and control panels.
- Design of electrical installations for process and pharma plants.
- Specification of instruments, frequency converters, and other electrical equipment; preparation of tender documentation for electrical subcontractors; project management, including economy, contract, and negotiating with subcontractors.
