About the Role

We’re looking for a Network Value Realization Lead to join our Logistics & Services team in Copenhagen. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape strategic supply chain transformation and unlock value through network design, rapid diagnostics, and data-driven optimization.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to solve complex challenges, deliver impactful solutions, and help us build a more efficient and customer-centric logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and efficient network solutions tailored to diverse business needs.
  
  

• Lead rapid diagnostics of financial, commercial, and operational performance.
  
  

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive measurable value.
  
  

• Partner with teams across functions to resolve network issues and implement improvements.
  
  

• Support scenario simulations and deep dives to identify optimization opportunities.
  
  

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership (ELT) with clarity and visual impact.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in consulting, ideally in supply chain transformation or value realization.
  
  

• Exposure to logistics or network optimization is a plus.
  
  

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  
  

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word – able to create compelling presentations and documents for executive audiences.
  
  

• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround expectations.
  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing complex supply chain solutions and driving change.
  
  

• Familiarity with network planning models and optimization tools.
  
  

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact.
