We develop, construct, and operate renewable energy projects globally, covering solar (PV), wind farms, BESS, carbon capturing and Power‑to‑X solutions. Our core values guide everything we do: In It Together, Trust and Courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

Welcome to the Technical Asset Management Team

The Asset Management department comprises 108 colleagues located across Denmark, Germany, the UK, Poland, Lithuania, Australia and Brazil. The team works closely with Commercial Asset Management, O&M, EPC, Project Development, and Innovation to optimise operational assets, with a particular focus on performance and cost efficiency. We are highly solution‑oriented, driven by resolving issues, and recognised for our strong troubleshooting capabilities.

How you will create impact

As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of your own portfolio of renewable energy assets in Denmark. Your primary focus will be on solar and BESS plants, where you will oversee daily technical activities and reporting, while ensuring continuous technical optimisation and effective stakeholder management across multiple levels. You will manage the Danish asset portfolio in close collaboration with seven other colleagues in the Technical Asset Management team.

Key responsibilities include

  • You build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Internal stakeholders include Contract Management, EPC, O&M, Project Development, Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology Development, while external stakeholders include lenders, investors, asset owners, authorities and contractors.
  • You supervise and focus on optimising the technical operation of the projects you manage, including full responsibility for the OPEX budget and technical performance, supported by data analysis and KPI management.
  • You coordinate with O&M teams and service providers to manage site operation and maintenance, including technical reporting and contract negotiations.
  • You ensure that assets comply with legal, mechanical, electrical, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
  • You manage relationships between investors and third‑party contractors, including landowners, power suppliers, BRPs, TSOs, and DSOs.
  • You participate in internal processes to review plant designs prior to construction and to define the strategic operational setup supporting investment decisions.

We imagine that you have the following competencies

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have at least three years of experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector, supported by a strong technical foundation.

You are proactive and an effective communicator, with a natural drive to continuously optimise the operation of renewable parks. You have a focus on customer satisfaction and have a strong ability to navigate complex contractual details while maintaining a clear overview of your asset portfolio. You quickly identify emerging issues, take decisive action, and contribute with a technical, data‑driven mindset. In addition, you collaborate closely with your team and actively engage relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and production across the assets.

With us, you get

  • The opportunity to work hands‑on with renewable energy assets and play a direct role in accelerating the green transition.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive culture that values diversity and enables personal growth, development, and contribution within a successful global group.
