About the role


As Group Financial Services expands its accounting responsibilities across multiple markets, we are looking for a Finance Manager to ensure operational continuity and drive excellence in financial processes.

Key responsibilities


You will lead and develop a cross-border finance team, ensuring high performance and strong engagement. Your responsibilities include overseeing monthly and annual financial closing processes, managing VAT, duties, asset statements, eliminations and delivering accurate internal and external reporting.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, transfer pricing, tax, and GDPR regulations, while driving, standardization, automation and digitalization of workflows. The role also involves supporting potential acquisitions and providing guidance to subsidiaries.

Qualifications and skills


  • A relevant academic background (HD(R), cand.merc.aud.)
  • Solid experience in accounting and reporting, ideally from audit
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience from a large international company, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and nationalities
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • A structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
  • Persistence, resilience, and a strong ability to follow through
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment
