We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst Student Assistant to the global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is central in supporting our financial decision-making process and providing insightful analysis to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.You will functionally be part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning and Business Intelligence department, anchored within the CFO area, consisting of 16 engaged colleagues.   • Assist in the design and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
  • Provide in-depth insights of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making
  • Continuously improve processes and reporting to enhance analysis depth and accuracy, as well as improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
  • Prepare financial reports to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Masters student within Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with ~2 years left to graduation
  • Experience from a Finance position or similar can be beneficial, though it is not mandatory
  • Attentive to details and have great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and can facilitate a process through a structured approach.
  • Business acumen combined with solid financial understanding.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PowerBI and various financial tools can be beneficial, though it is not a mandatory requirement.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language can be beneficial, though it is not mandatory.
