As a Compliance Manager in Project Hafnia, you will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of compliance in data protection, AI and product certification. This also means being the gatekeeper of responsible tech, keep an eye on security safeguards, ad hoc compliance solutions and at times challenging existing policies and plans. Your sharp eye in agile compliance will be critical in reinforcing our scalable, auditable and future-proof program in an industry where public guidelines are constantly outpaced by the technology they are trying to govern. You will mainly collaborate with our product governance manager to deliver on our compliance strategy and provide clarity to the rest of our cross-functional team.
You will join our innovative and entrepreneurial development team at Milestone global leader in data-driven video management solutions. Our mission is to build a suite of services surrounding a responsible data library as its core, leveraging compliant, high-quality and ethically sourced video data. To achieve that, we follow our long-term strategy, continuously scrutinize the emerging AI and stick to our ethical tech and responsible use of technology agenda.
As a Compliance manager, you will be responsibilities and be the main point of reference for:

Improving, maintaining and running our GDPR wheel, providing and improving yearly training, maintaining our records and redefining tasks as we go

Elaborate new strategies to support our AI EU act compliance and allow our customers to become it as well

Define the map and deliver to become ISO or SOC certified

Develop and eventually take over our IP strategy and potential patent applications

Execute on and keep improving our KYB and KYC workflows

Add a fantasy touch to making compliance educative, easily accessible and fun – from an unformal team presentation to a C-level infographic
