About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Leadership team and work closely together with the other management colleagues to identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks, compliance, and audit recommendations across the end-2-end on-boarding. You will help foster a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring our operations align with the Group’s risk appetite and strategic objectives.
You will join the Onboarding team, collaborating with more than 200 colleagues across Denmark, the Netherlands, and India. We foster an open feedback culture and a supportive team spirit. Responsibilities
Your Profile
You bring several years of experience in risk management, ideally within a financial institution. Your strong business acumen is complemented by a commitment to continuous learning, particularly in risk and compliance frameworks.
Analytical and solution-oriented, you excel at problem-solving and communicate with clarity and impact. You have the ability to influence decisions, connect colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and foster a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Your approach is process-focused, yet you remain flexible and adaptive in the face of changing circumstances. Knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations is an added advantage, further strengthening your ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes.

Responsibilities
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage non-financial risks within On-boarding, supporting the Head of On-boarding in understanding the overall risk landscape
- Compliance & Audit: Oversee control activities related to risk, compliance, and audit matters; support regulatory implementations and collaborate with 2LoD Risk & Compliance and 3LoD Internal Audit
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across key tasks to integrate risk insights into decision-making and strategic planning
- Operational Excellence: Implement risk management practices and controls in daily operations (RCSAs, risk events, control reviews, issues, and actions)
- Documentation: Drive timely and high-quality documentation of policies, procedures, work instructions, processes, capabilities, risks, and controls
- Workshops & Training: Lead risk assessment workshops and educate colleagues on risk management frameworks and processes
- Continuous Improvement: Promote and monitor continuous improvement in risk culture, ensuring oversight of risk events, root cause analysis, and validation of corrective actions
- Business Continuity: Coordinate and ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place and effective, including training for senior management
