Are you already – or do you aspire to become – a Finance Manager leading a small, well-functioning team? Then the position as Finance Manager Denmark & Norway at VINK Plast in Randers might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Founded in 1954 by M.A. Vink in Oosterbeek, the Netherlands, VINK Plast began as a one-man operation selling plastic pipes and fittings from the back of the family truck. Since then, the company has grown to approximately 1,000 employees across 15 European countries.
VINK operates according to four clear and guiding values: Will, Involvement, Innovation, and Quality.
As Finance Manager, you will play a central role in the Danish and Norwegian entities and become part of the Nordic financial management team, the Nordic Service Center.
Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, your main responsibilities include:
- Monthly group reporting and annual closing, including preparation of statutory financial statements
- Supporting the annual budget and forecasting processes
- Driving and participating in finance-related development projects
- Administration of insurance, pensions, and car leasing agreements
- Acting as a financial sparring partner for the various Business Units in Denmark and Norway
You should expect around 10 travel days annually, and when not travelling, the position is on-site at the Randers office.
Your Qualifications
We expect you to bring solid experience from a similar role, ideally from a wholesale or production company, and to have participated in or driven financial development projects.
You have experience managing a finance function, ensuring that operations, reporting, and administrative processes are handled professionally and on time.
Your educational background could be a Master’s degree in Economics or Auditing (e.g. cand.merc.) or HD-R, but most importantly, you can demonstrate relevant and proven experience from a comparable position.
Experience managing a small team is an advantage, and you thrive in motivating and developing your employees. It is also beneficial if you have worked in a Shared Service Center, preferably across national borders.

You are confident, trustworthy, and capable of building strong relationships at all levels – both nationally and internationally.
You are fluent in Danish and have professional-level English, both written and spoken.
