You’ll take a testing perspective throughout the entire development lifecycle—from early concept evaluations to implementing process controls in manufacturing. Your work will include establishing robust testing principles, developing state-of-the-art test methods, selecting or designing suitable equipment and set-ups, and ensuring that all testing is executed and documented in a reliable, traceable way."- Majk Kruszewski, Director of Test Engineering.     A growing team of specialists  Joining R&D at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you become part of a growing team of experts within our Test & Characterization department. We are in charge of leading the design and documentation of our testing strategies and responsible for ensuring that those strategies and test methods are implemented at [xxxxx] sites around the world.

Stepping into this hands-on role, you become one of our subject matter experts on test method development. Thus, you can look forward to collaborating with other departments, choosing testing principles, developing test methods, validating them, analyzing data, applying statistical analysis and ensuring that the output from our tests meets the needs of the business.
Doing so, you will be working closely with various stakeholders throughout the product design and development process and with our test laboratories.
