Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will join our Major Projects</strong> <strong>department, which is a part of our global Energy Transition division</strong></p><p>As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts, overseeing and driving projects that have a significant impact on shaping the future of the energy landscape.</p><p> </p><p>You will be managing and leading projects within e.g., these markets in all project phases (feasibility, concept, FEED, detail design):</p><ul><li>Power-to-X</li><li>Gas Infrastructure</li><li>Energy Intensive Industries</li><li>Biopower</li><li>Offshore Substations</li></ul><p> </p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage complex projects related to the energy transition market, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and community groups, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are achieved within defined parameters.</li><li>Team Leadership: Build and lead interdisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the energy transition market, renewable energy technologies, policy frameworks, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to project planning and decision-making.</li><li>Project Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, identify deviations, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovation in project management methodologies, drawing on industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize project outcomes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).</li><li>+3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the energy sector or renewable energy projects.</li><li>+5 year of experience as a project or design engineer within the energy sector.</li><li>Knowledge of the energy transition market, including renewable energy technologies, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.</li><li>Project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.</li><li>Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>PMP certification or similar project management qualifications are a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Welcome to our Energy division</strong></p><p>Ramboll is at the forefront of addressing the green transition and offers a holistic approach to energy that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
