JOB TITLE – NPD Project Manager (NGP)
LOCATION - Copenhagen
HOURS - 37 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a meticulous and organized NPD Project Manager to join our Next Generation Products (NGP) team. In this global role, you’ll manage the end-to-end development of new products in our flagship nicotine pouch category — from initial concept through to market launch. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that projects are executed with precision and that all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met efficiently.
This is a role for someone who excels in structured planning, managing cross-functional teams, and keeping projects on track. While there’s room for creativity, this role is grounded in clear organization, effective communication, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of NPD projects, ensuring all steps from idea validation to market launch are well-managed and on schedule.
• Coordinate with Brand, Innovation & Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Create detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, and resources to keep all deliverables on track.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project risks or blockers to maintain progress.
• Oversee the launch memo process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and kept informed throughout the process.
• Track project milestones, providing regular progress updates and maintaining clear documentation to support go-to-market readiness.
What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in FMCG, consumer health, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of NPD processes and project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, trackers, etc.).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with a focus on timelines and detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to risk management and the ability to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., nicotine, pharma, food) is a plus.
• Relevant degree and/or project management qualification is advantageous.
This role supports the development of products intended for adult consumers aged 18+ (or as legally defined).
