About the Role
As Scandinavian Online Merchandising & Platform Coordinator in , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of digital initiatives across our markets in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. You will support and work together with local E-commerce Manager and Omnichannel managers, local marketing departments and be responsible for daily website operations, online merchandising, and the coordination of digital development and roadmap implementation in collaboration with colleagues across Scandinavia and globally.
Your Role and Impact
Website Operations & Project Coordination
- Oversee daily website operations for all Scandinavian banners.
- Ensure alignment and smooth execution in close cooperation with e-commerce managers and local marketing teams.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional digital projects, on Scandinavian level.
- Collaborate with global and local IT teams to secure necessary testing and implementation of new developments and initiatives in relation to digital roadmap.
- Drive initiatives and development initiatives together with local teams, local IT and global IT teams.
Online Merchandising & Digital Performance
- Manage online merchandising across homepages and product catalogues.
- Create and maintain landing pages and ensure consistent, high-quality content across markets, together with marketing teams and content specialists.
- Implement and coordinate digital sales campaigns in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Contribute with continuous improvement ideas for web structure, related to UX, design, content, and conversion rate optimization.
- Support on projects focused on consistency and customer experience across banners.
- Work together with e-commerce and marketing managers as well as content specialists to improve organic visibility (SEO) and digital performance.
About You
You are a structured, collaborative and proactive digital profile who thrives in a role with many touchpoints across markets and departments. You enjoy working hands-on with website operations while contributing to long-term digital improvements.
Personal Competencies
- Strong communication skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable coordinating across departments and markets.
Technical Skills
- Strong technical understanding of digital landscape and e-commerce, CMS and e-commerce platforms, preferably Bloomreach and CommerceTools.
Education & Experience
- Higher education within digital, marketing, economics, or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital role.
- Experience from cross boarder retail or omnichannel companies is an advantage.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and confident in professional communication, both written and spoken, in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is mandatory, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written form.

Moderate travel activities are expected in the role. We are offering a hybrid work model, where you can work 2 days from home. You are reporting to Head of Omnichannel Scandinavia placed in Sweden and you will be located in our Danish HQ in Copenhagen, Herlev.
