Where will your technology career move next?
We are hiring for a SAP Automation Engineer with a strong knowledge and configuration experience on core SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools. You will use your multiple lifecycle implementation experience using various ALM tools - SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, SAP Focused Insights, SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM.
In this role you will have the autonomy to translate business / technical requirements to implementation and design of innovative solutions for running and operations of complex SAP ECC, SAP S/4 and SAP HANA systems.
Although a given, we place strong emphasis on individual contribution plus working in a team and alignment to Maersk's core values, so you can be assured of a superb working environment.
Some of the things you may find yourself doing would include:
Design. build, test and innovate using ALM tools, processes and best practises plus supporting frameworks.
Support and work on wider SAP and Azure platform products on a global scale.
Innovate and automate as much as possible whilst integrating tools and technologies working in an Agile framework.
Do the boring bits too - troubleshoot, fix and drive configuration to meet SAP project deliverables.
Drive your own growth, enable a world class SAP Platform and interact with team members, leaders, stakeholders and partners.
Core skills / experience required:

- Experience in Public Cloud Hosted SAP systems e.g. on Azure / AWS / GCP etc.
- Technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of SAP BASIS/ NetWeaver 7.x on HANA and/or any other DB
- Solid experience in terms of problem solving and performance troubleshooting with strong analytical background
- Solid technical experience across the technical stack - Infrastructure / OS / DB / Application
- Working knowledge of SLD / LMDB, agent administration and Maintenance of the NetWeaver stack
- Experience in patching, upgrades, migrations and maintenance of the underlying platform and stack
Core ALM (SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Build, SAP Focused Insights, SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM) implementation experience multiple areas of the following:
- 1. Run SAP- Technical Monitoring, RCA / Wily, Data Volume Management, Early Watch Alert, Custom Code Management, License Administration, IT Reporting, Configuration Validate, System Recommendations, Business Process / Job / Interface Monitoring
- 2. Build SAP - Solution Documentation, Focused Build, Process / Project Management, Test Suite and Integration, Change Control Management, Business Process Monitoring, SAP Activate for S/4 Implementation / Transformation
Experience of Wily, troubleshooting and using the tools to add business value.
Development and Automation experience would be advantageous.
Also integration experience of tooling and processes.
Ability to present, represent own project delivery and update stakeholders.
Ability to show previous working experience, team work and innovation applied.
