You will join our Major Projects department, which is a part of our global Energy Transition divisionAs a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts, overseeing and driving projects that have a significant impact on shaping the future of the energy landscape. You will be managing and leading projects within e.g., these markets in all project phases (feasibility, concept, FEED, detail design):<ul><li>Power-to-X</li><li>Gas Infrastructure</li><li>Energy Intensive Industries</li><li>Biopower</li><li>Offshore Substations</li></ul> Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage complex projects related to the energy transition market, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and community groups, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project objectives are achieved within defined parameters.</li><li>Team Leadership: Build and lead interdisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the energy transition market, renewable energy technologies, policy frameworks, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to project planning and decision-making.</li><li>Project Monitoring and Reporting: Implement robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress, identify deviations, and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovation in project management methodologies, drawing on industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize project outcomes.</li></ul> Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).</li><li>+3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the energy sector or renewable energy projects.</li><li>+5 year of experience as a project or design engineer within the energy sector.</li><li>Knowledge of the energy transition market, including renewable energy technologies, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.</li><li>Project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.</li><li>Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>PMP certification or similar project management qualifications are a plus.</li></ul> Welcome to our Energy divisionRamboll is at the forefront of addressing the green transition and offers a holistic approach to energy that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions.
