Job-Link is seeking for our client, a Project Manager who are passionate about project management and innovation in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you have a drive to optimize processes and ensure high-quality execution in technical complex Automation & IT manufacturing projects. As a project manager for our client, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and drive progress and maintain motivation and ensure that projects are executed effectively.

As a project manager for our client, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and drive progress and maintain motivation and ensure that projects are executed effectively.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze project performance to secure optimal results and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in both new and established projects.
- Experience with PMP, Scrum and SAFe is a plus.
- Optimize project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and improvements.
Your profile
- Experience in innovation-driven environments or scaling projects is a plus.
- Deep understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with effective IT/OT integration is a plus.
- Experience with process automation and software development is a plus.
- Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical or industrial engineering)
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
