As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced IT Program & Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.

Your Role

  • Report directly to the Group CIO and play a central role in aligning IT initiatives with business strategy.
  • Lead and deliver complex, cross-border IT programmes (ERP, HR Systems, eCommerce) that drive operational excellence and digital innovation across the Group.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between global IT initiatives and business objectives, enabling efficient technology solutions that support growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.
  • Oversee multiple projects, set programme-level objectives, manage interdependencies, and optimise resources across projects.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of IFS Cloud Application, coordinating technical and functional teams to meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, global business units, and technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations and leading change management initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage programme budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, conducting post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement.
  • Take on team leadership responsibilities, initially managing one direct report, with the opportunity to build and develop a growing team over time.

Your Profile

  • A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Project/Program Manager, ideally with IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are a plus).
  • Experience leading and developing teams of project managers, planners, and consultants—or a strong motivation to take on team leadership responsibilities as the team expands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive user adoption and lead change initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English.
