Smørum

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment? We are looking for a Management Assistant to support our R&D executive team and ensure the smooth running of administrative and project-related activities. We are characterized by high ambitions and a fun, informal atmosphere.
Responsibilities fall into a wide array of tasks, including calendar management, processes and governance, and cross-functional project management and oversight. You can look forward to an exciting and rewarding position that includes:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to R&D Vice Presidents, including calendar management, travel planning, and general admin tasks.
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, off-site events, etc.
  • Support planning and execution of R&D and cross-functional events.
  • Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Align with and support organizational processes and timelines to ensure cross-department coordination.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and plans as needed.
  • Manage invoices and expense settlements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.


To Succeed in the Position



To succeed in this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience and a relevant educational background, such as business administration or office education, or a bachelor’s degree combined with experience from a similar position. You have excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively as well as a high level of professionalism and attention to details. You can initiate your own tasks and projects, and you are always one step ahead in planning, enabling you to handle multiple priorities at a time and adjust well to shifting demands. You have good IT skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams. Finally, we value team spirit and expect you to ensure that execution is done seamlessly.
