About the role
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our IT Delivery & Projects team in Global IT for approximately 15 hours per week. We work on internal IT areas such as cloud engineering, IT project management, and IT service operations. Your contribution will be important in supporting colleagues in the team as well as the rest of the organization who rely on our support.

As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agenda, presentation slides and follow-up actions
- Creating and updating content such as IT assets list, department information on SharePoint sites as well as IT Project Management templates
- Monitoring and managing tickets in the ITSM tool, including ensuring correct assignment to operator groups, generating KPI reports, and creating new forms for new ticket flows
- Ensuring IT knowledge articles are correctly organized and accessible, including migrating files, and improving the overall structure for better documentation management

- Service-minded and approachable, willing to reach out to colleagues across the organization, provide support, and deliver a positive experience for both close team members and other stakeholders
What you bring to the role

- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business, communication, or a related field with at least one year left before graduation
- You are used to working in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SharePoint and TopDesk (ITSM tool) is a bonus
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
