Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate excellent technical skills in cutting, trimming, and styling hair.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and contribute to the shop's success.
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in the barbering industry to continuously improve your skills.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your hair cutting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of various hairstyles, hair care products, and grooming techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong service-mindedness, ensuring the best possible customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
