Application Manager

As our new Application Manager, you will be developing and executing application strategies that align customer needs with technical solutions and our product portfolio across targeted sectors. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Application & Innovation Team team, you'll create impact by shaping innovative, standardized solutions that deliver value across industries and support sustainable growth.
Your main responsibilities include:

Define and implement a unified application strategy aligned with the Solutions Portfolio objectives
Drive innovation and standardization of application-specific solutions to enhance speed, consistency, and customer satisfaction
Develop application playbooks and other enablers for sales with clear value propositions and competitive differentiators for targeted sectors
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Project Delivery, and Operations to ensure market-aligned solutions
Lead and manage a team of Application Engineers and specialists to achieve strategic goals
Monitor applications performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on lifecycle data and customer feedback

Proven experience in developing and implementing application strategies
Strong understanding of engineering principles, product development, water/wastewater technologies and covering customers needs with commercialization mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate diverse, international teams
Proficiency in professional-level English

It is a plus if you also:

Experience with global project management
Experience in field sales and service
Expertise in change management and organizational transformation
Knowledge of sustainable development practices
