Your role in our team
As our new UX Specialist, you will become part of our team in Support and Services, where we are in an ongoing transformation and where great service is key. We are our customer’s ally in innovation, and this also applies to the services you will contribute to developing. Our journey moves us closer to the digital universe where digital platforms and the use of data will play an important role in our future services.
You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, to understand objectives and align them with our digital service platforms. This involves creating user-friendly designs for enhanced customer experience. You will also work closely with the development team to seamlessly integrate these, ensuring a service platform that resonates with and enhances the customer journey. Through user research and usability testing optimize the overall customer experience with continuous design refinement based on valuable customer feedback to align with the customers’ evolving needs.

With your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset, you enjoy working closely with others to find the best solutions.
The position is a maternity cover starting in July 2025, with the possibility of extension.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly within the service department, to understand product requirements and objectives for our digital service platforms
- Craft user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Foster strong relationships with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the service platform
- Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to enhance and optimize the user experience for the service platform
- Iteratively, refine designs based on feedback and insights gathered from user testing within the service and business development context
Bring your world class expertise into play

- You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in UX, Human-Computer Interaction or a similar field of study
- You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UX and application design
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- You showcase a strong portfolio highlighting previous UX design projects
