GAME will treat the content of all quotations as being confidential and information provided in this call will be used for the purpose of deciding on the award of a contract as described in this document. Any information or document in this tender is considered as Confidential information and refers to any data or information relating to the Organization, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Organization and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Organization. The service provider agrees that it will not disclose, divulge reveal, report, or use, for any purpose, any confidential Information that the service provider has obtained except as authorized by the Organization or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of the contract and will survive indefinitely. All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Organization to the service provider under this Agreement is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of the call or how it was provided to the service provider. All intellectual property and related material including any trade secrets, moral rights goodwill, relevant registrations or applications for registration, and rights in any patent, copyright, maps, designs, trademark, industrial design, and trade name (the “Intellectual Property”) that is present, developed or produced under this call, will stay at any moment the property of the organization that owns It already, and the use of the Intellectual Property by the service provider will be authorized by the organization after written approval. The service provider may not use the Intellectual Property for any purpose other than that contracted for in this call except with the written consent of the other organization. The service provider will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property or confidential information. PURPOSE
GAME is seeking a professional freelance graphic designer or design studio to develop the visual layout and design of GAME’s girls’ inclusion Handbook, ensuring it is visually engaging, clear, and consistent with the organization’s brand guidelines and visual identity.The designer will be responsible for:DELIVERABLES
The final deliverables will include:
GAME Handbook – designed and laid out in accordance with provided content and branding guidelines.Visual style: professional, engaging, clear, and consistent with GAME’s identity.Illustrations and infographics: 7 to 10 illustrations or infographics. Minimalistic, flat designs, consistent with GAME visual identity.Final files:Materials to Be Provided by the Project Team:TIMELINEGENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GAME will accept the most appropriate offer based on quality, expertise, cost- effectiveness, and capacity for timely and flexible delivery. GAME will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred in the preparation of a quotation.CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Any conflicts of interest involving an applicant must be fully disclosed to GAME. Failure to disclose a conflict may disqualify an application or invalidate an award of the contract.AGREEMENT PERIOD
