Are you looking to be hands-on in order management within a global tech organization? We're seeking a motivated colleague to join our Order Management (OM) EMEA team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales support, order handling, and customer relationship management. The role is a temporary position (6 months) starting from February 1st 2026, or as soon as possible.

You will join us during a time of exciting transformation, where we are changing to new systems and ways of working . You will be part of the order management EMEA team, which consists of 9 colleagues divided between offices in Brøndby, Denmark and Sofia, Bulgaria.

The team´s primary tasks are assisting in the daily order handling and sales support tasks for the EMEA region. This includes direct contact with partners and close co-operation with the global sales team. There will be a concentration of tasks toward answering phone calls, cases, inquiries, preparing quotations, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
• Provide sales support to channel partners and distributors.
• Complete the registration of new Partners to the Milestone Partner Program.
• Interact closely with the local sales team regarding sales initiatives.
• Assist with the Sales Support phone line.
• Handle incoming sales support cases and provide sales quotes.
• Assist in order handling.
• Provide professional Sales Support (case management, phone calls, quotations, administrative tasks).
• Cooperate closely with our Internal customers from the sales EMEA departments.
• Enter/update data in our CRM System (Salesforce), i.e. record relevant company and contact information to keep records current and accurate on a daily basis.
• Assist on month end closing until 7:00 pm CET, as needed.

What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:
Preferably you have experience with, or the drive to, work in a Global B2B environment. You are flexible, open-minded, and positive, with flair for customer service.

In addition, we expect that you have:
• Strong IT skills – specially with MS Office. Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency of English, both orally and in writing, is required. Any other language is a plus.
• Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Flexibility to work at later hours on month close.
