We are looking to hire two new colleagues to join the EMEA Order Management team at . This is a hands-on role focused on daily order processing and partner support in a global B2B tech environment.

You will join us during an important transition period following the rollout of new systems and ways of working. The team is busy, supportive, and collaborative, and we are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn by doing.
The EMEA Order Management team consists of 9 colleagues based in Brøndby, Denmark and Sofia, Bulgaria, and works closely with our global Order Management colleagues in the U.S. and Singapore.
What you will do
What you will do
You will support the day-to-day order handling for the EMEA region and work closely with partners, Sales, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:
Processing incoming orders and managing order-related cases Supporting channel partners and distributors via phone and case queues Preparing quotations and responding to partner inquiries Working closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders Maintaining accurate data in CRM and ERP systems Supporting month-end close activities, including occasional work outside normal working hours Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team

We expect that you have:
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems and related quote to invoice processes. Fluent English, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Flexibility to support month-end closing outside normal working hours when needed
