We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team. With direct reference to our Head of Direct Sourcing, you will become a part of the Direct Sourcing team consisting of 11 inspiring, skilled, and ambitious colleagues. You will become a vital part of the team that handles the supply base for all Direct parts for our products. Together, this team leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies across all categories of purchased parts for production in .
A job with focus on Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management
As our new Sourcing Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks, including contracting, negotiation, development of the current Supply base, and sourcing of new suppliers. Execution of the tasks will happen in close cooperation with both the Strategic Sourcing Managers and Technical Purchasers in Direct Sourcing. As a manager, we also expect you to contribute to the team with learnings, knowledge sharing, feedback, and best practices experience while being equally willing to learn and to receive feedback.

Personality matters
We are looking for a self-reliant Sourcing Manager who can contribute to the continued success of through great business understanding and drive while focusing on achieving results. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferrable from a similar position within Sourcing of components for the industrial market. You have an academic background, within Business, Engineering, or similar.
As a person, you have an analytical and structured mindset, which is reflected in your ability to prioritize in the daily work and be persistent when solving tasks. Your comprehensive understanding of the value chain, coupled with a holistic business perspective, positions you as a strategic thinker with a keen eye for the big picture. Also, with your great communication skills, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you get to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as with external partners. We also imagine that you can easily navigate in Excel and PowerPoint.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Danish is an advantage.

- Ensure the right balance between risk and business impact to secure supply at the best commercial terms.
- Execute sourcing activities including price and contract negotiation.
- Identify and execute a savings pipeline together with your stakeholders.
- Drive supplier management of specific suppliers in a manner that will deliver value to based upon a TCO perspective, including focus on quality, and lowering supply risk.
