Senior IT Project Manager

The Role
As an IT Project Manager at ALK, you will lead critical IT initiatives, from inception to execution. With a strategic gaze fixed on the company's overarching goals, you'll take charge of a broad range of tasks including:

• Ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure successful milestone achievements.
• Aligning project outcomes with the strategic vision of the business.
• Spearheading effective coordination of internal and third-party resources.
• Steering the relationship with Steering Committee and Project Group towards collaborative success.

Your business orientation combined with stakeholder management skills will enable you to develop and implement pragmatic IT solutions and steer project communications effectively, ensuring fluid execution and organization-wide adoption.

Joining our Project Teams, you'll find yourself among a network of IT professionals stationed mainly in Hørsholm, Madrid and Krakow.

What We're Seeking
We are on the lookout for a candidate with:

• A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with a preference in supply chain or infrastructure contexts.
• Strong experience with SAP projects, including S/4HANA migration and ERP system implementations.
• Expertise in communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks while fostering teamwork and troubleshooting skilfully.
• Familiarity with GxP pharma environments is desirable, but not mandatory.

It is a prerequisite that you have a valid Danish work permit, that you have fluency in English (both written and spoken) and that you are flexible and can travel internationally for about 30-50 days each year.
